Immediate dentoalveolar restoration course

IDR Xpert Course is an advanced, hands-on training in modern implantology focused on the Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration (IDR) technique for treating compromised sockets, especially in the esthetic zone.

Participants are trained directly by José Carlos Martins da Rosa, gaining practical skills in managing bone loss and gingival recession using maxillary tuberosity (MT) grafts (hard, soft, and combined).

The course covers:

• atraumatic tooth extraction and immediate implant placement
• simultaneous hard and soft tissue reconstruction
• immediate provisionalization
• flapless, minimally invasive surgical protocols
• step-by-step IDR workflow

The IDR technique allows:

• reconstruction of tissue defects in a single surgical session
• reduced treatment time and morbidity
• improved esthetic and functional outcomes

Participants practice on dedicated models and analyze real clinical cases with long-term follow-up (clinical, radiographic, CT).

The goal is to enable clinicians to predictably treat complex cases with compromised sockets using a reproducible, minimally invasive protocol.
